Account Permanently Limited - It has been 180 days - I got an email saying i can transfer the money if i log on - i logged on and i couldnt add a bank or anything to transfer it, the money is still in holding but the email says i cant transfer it.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
i do not understand the money is all legally obtained through digital selling, 4 months ago paypal limited my account permanently and i waited 4 months to get my hard earned money and yesterday i got an email saying this -

To transfer money from your account, please log in to PayPal.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.

Have you tried adding and withdrawing to a debit card instead?
If you haven't got a bank OR a debit card linked then you may have to contact customer services and ask them to help you link it to withdraw those funds.
Are they in the correct currency for your country?

-currency is correct
-i cant add any banks, debit cards, or xoom transfer i get the same error for it all
-i cant contact customer service either as it seems when your account get perm limited you can not contact agents in real time using the chat feature as the bot will say come back tomorrow at 8 am but if u do it the time it says they say the next day and next day and you cant get a hold of support through email or live chat and my phone is being repaired so i cant call them

contacting them on twitter got the problem solved, they got my money out of holding and i was able to add a bank and ive got it now thanks!

Please i am sorry for what i did and what i have committed i am sorry for using fake information i just wanted to do a 0 dollar purchase and now my account is permanently limited but i broke the tos i am sorry i am a brain problem where i cannot stop thinking about the thing i did wrong for a long time i just want to forget about it right now i won't do that again i promise all i want is for someone to help me delete my paypal account so my brain can relax it hurt my brain just thinking about it but all i want is for someone to deleted my account i won't be doing anything like that again i do not need a paypal account i just want it delete it so in the near future i could use it again i have tired saying sorry as much as i could possibly can i won't do it again please i know you take your job very seriously but for one time and one time only i just want my account be deleted please be a good person and delete my account i beg you thank you ❤️ and again i won't do it again please i know you are strict but for one time only i might use paypal again in the near future when i am eligble so please i am sorry i just want my account to be deleted thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

In my case while 180 days almost come i linked my debit card before 180 days, can i withdraw using that debit card i linked before 180 days?

PayPal just hit me with "We're permanently limited you're account". I called to ask why and the supervisor said she had no idea why and that 2 humans reviewed my account and felt that my account was breaking PP rules or something. So no explanation or details at all. After 23 years with PP they cut me off and I have hundreds of dollars in it that I can not access. What an awful, terrible thing to do to someone that did nothing wrong. I need that money to buy groceries. How do they get away with such crimes??? I did some research and apparently PP stocks are going down. I think this is some sort of liquidation thing, the guys at the top know PP is on it's way out and they are scrambling for make as much profit as possible before the crash. I never has problem when Ebay owned it. Now that a company named Vangaurd owns it, it's getting squeezed out dry.

The same thing JUST happened to me, I've also been a user for over 20 years and today out of NOWHERE I'm just banned. I do the most uncontroversial stuff ever on paypal, I buy things for $5 or $10 here and there, occasionally buy stuff for $30.
Of course, no reason given at all, except that my "business" (I don't have a business) violated some kind of terms of service. This is not how you run a company, no reason given, no suspension, no warning - just ban people.
